Welcome brings his experience from four (4) Directorships in diverse industries including Risk Advisory, Security Management, Transport Management, and Business Entrepreneurship. Through the course of his experience, he has established networks and contacts all over the Republic of Southern Africa (RSA) and abroad. He is a multi- talented person with extensive knowledge of South African Government Departments. Welcome is PSIRA registered and holds valid and accredited PSIRA Grade A. Welcome has extensive military training and thus is competent and accredited to handle and use of all firearms.

Tech in Public Management, Grade A PSIRA registered certificate with wide experience in investigation, Risk Assessment, and intelligence information gathering and processing. Dumisani is well conversant with: the Public Financial Management Act, PSIRA Act (Act 21 of 2001), Labour Relations Act (Act 56 1995) as amended, BCEA, Skills Development Act ( Act 97 of 1998) as amended, Control of Access to the Public Premises and the Vehicle Act ( Act 53 of 1985) as amended, Firearm Control Act ( Act 60 of 2000) Occupational Health and Safety Act( Act 85 of 1993), Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS), Minimum Physical Security Standards (MPSS) Contract Management, Client Relation/Liaison, to mentioned but the few.
Khombi is an Administrative Specialist. She has gained her experience as an Admin Officer in various security organisations, Local Municipality offices, Non-profit organization and Religious Formations. She has also acquired significant Office Management skills through formal training and project orientation. In the past she has been involved in a series of projects of Administrative Reviews and skills development, particularly in the local government sphere.
Management. She holds a National Diploma in HRM as well as a National certificate in Financial Management. She has worked in different Government Departments as well as in the private sector doing Human Resources related assignments. What is most interesting about Boniswa is her understanding of the Private Security Sector as well as the practical on-the-job- training and experience.
Ephraim has more than 25 years of experience in the Private Security Industry. He holds a National Diploma in Public Management, A nationally recognized security management qualification obtained from the State Security Agency and is Grade A PSIRA registered. He has worked in various Government departments as a Security Manager and has been with the company for quite sometimes now. He has a great talent when it comes to strategic management, conflict management, general security practice, business development and talent spotting. He is competent to handle and use all firearms, risk evaluation, and mitigation measures.
Dr Buthelezi is a former professional military officer who commanded various military structures in his 27 years of military career. He holds a Doctorate qualification in Public Management. He had been in and out of the country performing military tasks. Sipho has worked in various Government Departments doing security management functions and has joined the company a to serve on strategic management level in private security industry.
